The customer service people have been incredibly kind and have gone out of their way to be helpful each time I’ve spoken with them. On the other hand...I got an email that my storage unit was ready. I went there with some of my things. There were boxes and plastic bins full of stuff left over from the last person. Their lock was left there, but it was missing one of its three keys, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. The top of the unit was covered with a layer of cobwebs and the bottom of the unit was covered with a layer of about a 1/4 inch of dirt. Maybe I’m being unfair, but it seems like it should be easy enough to go in and clean out the units between renters at $70/month?
